Hi Everyone!

I am Chetan, a PhD candidate in Diplomacy and Disarmament at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and an Associate Editor at 9DASHLINE. I also hold a Master's in Politics with a specialization in International Studies from the School of International Studies, JNU. My research interests include populism, Indian foreign policy, and the Indo-Pacific. You can find my opinions in publications like The Hindu and The Indian Express.

The purpose of this website is not only to provide a platform for my ongoing research and writing but also to share my experiences (largely from misses rather than hits) as an early career researcher.

When I am too bogged down by the state of contemporary politics, I like to plug in a Manchester United match just to diversify my sources of sorrow.
